Monterey County Resource Management Agency Introduces Online Parks Reservation System
In a continuing effort to move services online and improve the customer experience, the Monterey County Resource Management Agency is pleased to present a new online parks reservation system.
Beginning January 28, 2019, visitors can access the new online parks reservation system at the following secure webpage https://secure.rec1.com/CA/monterey-county.ca/catalog
The new parks reservation system allows visitors to book picnic areas, campsites, buildings and events online, from anywhere in the world, and covers Monterey County Parks (Jacks Peak, Royal Oaks, Toro and San Lorenzo).
“Before our new Parks reservation system was in place, guests had to reserve everything over the phone or in person, which could take upwards of 40 minutes” said Carl Holm, RMA Director. “With the new system, we’ve been able to streamline the Park’s reservation process, allowing guests to reserve everything they need online at our website, completely reinventing the way to book reservations, as well as to speed up the process of refunding deposits and providing better customer service overall. We look forward to providing this service to the residents of Monterey County and beyond.”
