CONTRACTS/PURCHASING - Notice
of Interest for County of Monterey Surplus Property
To be notified of Public Surplus Sales or Non-Profit Showings
of available surplus items, please complete and submit the form below.
NON-PROFITS must submit proof of
the organization's Non-Profit status in order to be receive
surplus items for free. Proof shall consist of all of the following
documents:
- Copy of your organization's 501C-3 IRS Tax
Identification Number
- IRS Letter of Determination
- Brief Description of the proposed use of the donated
equipment
Items will not be released for free to
Non-Profits who do not provide the County with proof as required
above. Documents may be submitted at the Non-Profit Surplus Item
Showing or Non-Profits may mail or fax these documents to:
