Membership: The Commission is governed by a board with 21voting members,

7 members appointed by the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors

7 members appointed by the Monterey County Board of Supervisors

7 members appointed by the Merced County Board of Supervisors

Terms: Appointees serve four-year terms ending December 31^st up to four (4) terms.

Meeting Date, Time and Place: Meetings held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, at various meeting places, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
