Membership:
Committee shall consist of five members appointed by the Board of
Supervisors from Toro Park Estates, Toro Sunshine, Toro Hills, Serra Village
and Creekside areas. Terms:
Each member of the committee shall have a term of three years
and until his/her respective successor is appointed and qualified. Duties:
The duties of the committee shall be to give advice to the Board of
Supervisors as follows: 1) All
matters relating to CSA #15; 2) Public Utilities (sewer, water, garbage
collection); 3) Toro Creek maintenance; 4) Fire Protection; 5)
Transportation; 6) State Highway; 7) Traffic on county and state highways; 8)
Fort Ord – boundary problems. Meeting Date, Time and Place: The committee shall meet at least twice
each calendar year at a regularly established time and place. All meetings shall be open to the public. Contact: Public Works APPOINTED BY DISTRICT 2
