Membership:
Committee shall consist of seven members appointed by the Board of
Supervisors. The members shall be
representative of the area that constitutes CSA 50. Terms:
Each member of the committee shall have a term of three years
and until his/her respective successor is appointed and qualified. Duties:
The duties of the committee shall be to give advice to the Board of
Supervisors and the Public Works Department in all matters of public working
regarding flood control drainage and maintenance and operation of flood
control and drainage facilities in CSA 50. Meeting Date, Time and Place: The committee shall meet at least twice
