Membership: Consists of 3 members appointed by the Board of Supervisors selected for their legal, administrative or technical abilities relating to solid waste management, and at least one member will be a representative of the public at-large. Terms: Terms of office are at the Pleasure of the Board (to be determined). Qualifications & Functions: As part of the Enforcement Program Plan the independent hearing panel conducts hearings to enforce solid waste enforcement actions such as the denial, suspension or evocation of solid waste facility permits.
