Our trainings have two purposes:
1. The County of Monterey recognizes the value of training as a way to promote a more equitable, inclusive, and welcoming workplace.
2. State law mandates that we provide training on laws and policies to prevent sexual harassment, abusive conduct, and discrimination in the workplace.
For that reason, all County employees are required to complete two separate trainings every two years:
