Proposed Polystyrene Ordinance UPDATE:  County staff have tentatively scheduled the proposed Polystyrene Ordinance to go before the Board of Supervisors for the first reading on March 16, 2010 (as a consent item), and for the second reading or board action on April 6, 2010 (as a 10:30 am scheduled item).  Public comments may be made at either meeting.  Please note that the tentative dates indicated above are being provided as a service to interested parties.  These dates are not official until they are put on the Board’s agenda and posted by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.  Please visit the Clerk’s website at www.co.monterey.ca.us/cob to access official Board agendas and related documents once they are posted.  For further information, please call (831) 755-4579.
