Records Retention Center

We are committed to being the credible sought after service provider of choice, promoting a quality records center that maintains a cost effective program with standardized objectives, safeguarding document integrity, orderly storing of all essential departmental records, and destruction of confidential documents.

The Records Retention Center provides County-wide consolidated storage and retrieval of hard copy documents and secure confidential document destruction services to obtain efficiencies and cost effectiveness in storage and document destruction activities. The Records Retention Center utilizes a Records Management computer system to manage and access storage records. The system facilitates the process by storing information, such as the description of the records, their owner, retention period, and storage location.
