Adult Literacy Program - Board Members

Leslie Payne oversees the Monterey County Free Libraries Literacy Program. Leslie has developed a solid background in family literacy through her extensive experience working as a reading teacher and as a children's librarian. In addition to overseeing the Literacy Program, Leslie is the Managing Librarian for Special Services for the County library system and manager for the Reading Safari outreach bus.
