DIRECTIONS TO MCFL ADMIN. OFFICES

  

From Highway 1 (Southbound)

1.        Take Reservation Rd. exit.

2.        Pass light at Cardoza.

3.        Turn right on Reservation Rd.

4.        Turn left on Seaside.

5.        MCFL Administration Office is located above Locke Paddon Park.

 

From Highway 1 (Northbound)

1.      Take second Marina exit, Reservation Rd.

2.      Turn right at second light, Reservation Rd.

3.      Turn left on Seaside.

4.      MCFL Administration Office is located above Locke Paddon Park.

 

From Highway 101 (Salinas)

1.      Take John Street exit.

2.      Turn left at John Street.

3.      Turn left on S. Main St.

4.      Turn right on W. Blanco Rd.

5.      Turn right on Reservation Rd.

6.      Turn right at Seaside.

7.      MCFL Administration Office is located above Locke Paddon Park.

DIRECTIONS TO AROMAS BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.        Exit right at San Juan Rd (Look for Aromas sign).

2.        Turn right at Carpenteria Rd (Aromas sign).

3.        Travel straight until you find Blohm Ave.

4.        After crossing the stop sign, turn left at the market/gas station.

5.        Library is behind the grocery market.

  

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.      Exit left at Dunbarton Rd (Look for Aromas sign).

2.      Turn left at San Juan Rd.

3.      Turn right at Carpenteria Rd (Aromas sign).

4.      Travel straight until you find Blohm Ave.

5.       After crossing the stop sign, turn left at the market/gas station.

6.         Library is behind the grocery market.

DIRECTIONS TO BIG SUR BRANCH

 

From Highway 1 (Southbound)

1.    Big Sur Library is on Highway 1.

2.    Pass Seaside, Monterey, and Carmel and keep going.

3.    Continue on Highway 1 until you pass the Lighthouse.

4.    Continue another 5-10 miles until you see a gas station on your right.

5.    Immediately you will see another gas station on your left.

6.    Library is beside that gas station to the left (first building).

DIRECTIONS TO BRADLEY BRANCH

   From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.        Take Bradley Rd Exit and turn left.

2.        After passing the Bradley Bridge you will come to Bradley.

3.         Make a right turn at Hall St (first street on your right).

4.         Make a left turn at Dixie St.

5.         Library is on your right. (Red building).

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.      Take Bradley Rd Exit and turn right.

2.      After passing the East Garrison Bridge, you will come to  

       Bradley.

3.      Make a right turn at Monterey St (first street on your right).

4.      Make a right turn at Dixie St.

5.      Library is on your left. (Red building).

DIRECTIONS TO BUENA VISTA BRANCH

 

From Highway 1 (Southbound)

1. Take the Reservation Rd exit and turn left at stop sign.

2. At 2nd light make a right.

3. Continue straight through the city of Marina this is still Reservation Rd.

4. About 5 miles down this road you will come to a stop light intersection. 

     Go under the bridge and this will become River Rd.

5. Turn right onto Tara Dr. As you round the curve you will see the library, 

    to the right.

 

From Highway 1 (Northbound)

1. Take the Marina exit. You will pass several stop lights.

2.  At Reservation Rd turn right.

3. Follow directions 3-5. (from highway 1 (southbound)

 

From Highway 68 (Going towards Monterey)

1. Take the Reservation Rd exit and turn right at stop light/sign onto River Rd.

2. Turn right onto Tara Dr. As you round the curve you will see the library,

     to the right.

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1. Take the Main St. exit and bear right.

2. Keep going straight under the bridge and past "Bus Station".

3.  Turn left on Salinas St..

4. Turn left on Clay St.

5.  Turn right onto So. Main St.

6. Follow Main St. out of town. It will become Hwy 68.

7. Take Reservation Rd. exit.

8. Turn left at stop light on Reservation Rd.

9. Turn right on Tara Dr..

10. Library is on the right in front of the Buena Vista Middle School.

 

From Highway 1 (Northbound)

1. Take the exit toward Market street.

2. Turn right on Kern St.

3. Turn slightly right on E. Market St..

4. Turn slightly left at intersection of Sherwood Dr. to stay on E. Market St.

5. Turn slightly right at intersection of Front St. to stay on E. Market St.

6. Turn left on Salinas St.

7. Turn left on Clay St.

8. Turn right on S. Main.

9. Follow Main street out of town. It will become Hwy 68.

10. Take Reservation Rd. exit.

11. Turn left at stop light on Reservation Rd.

12. Turn right on Tara Dr..

11. Library is on the right in front of the Buena Vista Middle School.

DIRECTIONS TO CARMEL VALLEY BRANCH

 

From Highway 68

1.        Turn onto Laureles Grade.

2.        Laureles Grade becomes Laureles Grade Rd.

3.        Turn left onto W. Carmel Valley Rd.

4.        Library is located on the left at Carmel Valley Rd. 

      (Approximately 5 miles)

 

From Highway 1 (Through Carmel Valley Road)

1.    Turn onto Carmel Valley Rd.

2.    Follow that road approx. 10-15 miles. (Pass Laureles Grade Rd).

3.    Library is located on the left at Carmel Valley Rd.

DIRECTIONS TO CASTROVILLE BRANCH

 

From Highway 101

1.     Take Highway 156 exit towards Castroville.

2.     Travel approximately 5-6 miles and take Castroville exit.

3.     Make a right onto Merritt St.

4.  Turn right on Speegle Street. (First right past the Welcome to Castroville sign 

      that spans the street). The Library is on the right side of the street.

 

From Highway 1

1.        Take SR-183 exit towards Castroville.

2.        SR-183 becomes Merritt St once you get to Castroville.

3.        Stay on Merritt St and make a left turn on Speegle Street. (First left before the Welcome to Castroville sign 

       that spans the street.) The Library is on the right side of the street.

DIRECTIONS TO GREENFIELD BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.     Take the first exit to Greenfield (El Camino Real).

2.     Library is located on the right hand side right before you arrive at 

     Palm St, across from the Napa Auto parts store.

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.        Take the first exit to Greenfield.

2.        Turn left at Palm St.

3.        Library is located immediately on your right.

DIRECTIONS TO GONZALES BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.    You will take the Gonzales 5th Street exit.

2.    Make a left onto 5th Street going over the bridge and pass the 

     shopping center.

3.    Make a left at the stop sign by Dairy Queen.

4.    Make the left at the shopping mall entrance.

5.    Library is on the right hand side of shopping center. 

    (Third office from right)

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.    You will take the Gonzales 5th Street exit.

2.    Make a right onto 5th Street and pass the shopping center.

3.    Make a left at the stop sign by Dairy Queen.

DIRECTIONS TO KING CITY BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.    Take the Broadway St exit.

2.    You will make a loop, pass under the overpass and up to the stoplight.

3.    Turn right onto Broadway St.

4.    Follow that road for about ½ mile. Pass the school.

5.    Library is on the left side. Look for library sign on top of building.

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.    Take the 1st Street exit.

2.    Follow that street for about ½ mile.

3.    Turn left onto Broadway St.

4.    Library is on the right side. Look for library sign on top of building.

From Highway 1 (Southbound)

1.        Take Reservation Rd. exit.

From Highway 1

1.    Exit at Salinas Rd.

2.    Follow that road approximately 2-3 miles.

3.    You will pass the school on your left.

4.    Turn left at Bishop St. (right after Church)

5.    Library is located on your left. (Porter Mansion)

 

From Highway 101

1.    Exit at San Juan Rd.

2.    Follow that road approximately 5-8 miles. You will arrive at Pajaro.

3.    Turn left at the light onto Salinas Rd.

4.    Turn right at Bishop St. (right before Church)

5.    Library is located on your left. (Porter Mansion)

DIRECTIONS TO PARKFIELD BRANCH

  

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.        Take San Miguel Exit.

2.        Turn right towards San Miguel and follow the road to 14th Street, 

       also called River Rd.

3.        Turn left just before you get to the railroad tracks.

4.        At intersection turn left to Indian Valley Rd.

5.        At next intersection bear right towards Vineyard Canyon Rd.

6.        Follow road for approximately 15 miles.

7.        At intersection, turn right towards Parkfield. Follow the road 

      approximately 5 miles.

8.        Turn left when you see an entrance with a sign “Parkfield”.

9.        Library is first small building on your right. (close to school).

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.        Take San Miguel (10th Street) Exit.

2.        Turn right towards San Miguel and follow the road to 14th Street, 

       also called River Rd.

3.        Follow directions 3 through 9 above.

DIRECTIONS TO PRUNEDALE

 

From Highway 101

1.    Take the San Miguel Canyon Rd exit.

2.    Turn right at the first entrance to the Shopping Center (Burger King), 

     and go up the hill and bear left. Library is behind the Shopping Center 

    on the left side of the road.

 

From Highway 1

1.        Exit at Highway 156 towards Highway 101.

2.        Travel about 6-8 miles.

3.        Exit at Highway 101 North.

4.        Take the San Miguel Canyon Rd exit ( you will need to merge to the left).

5.        Turn right at the first entrance to the Shopping Center (Burger King), 

       and go up the hill and bear left. Library is behind the Shopping Center 

       on the left side of the road.

DIRECTIONS TO SAN ARDO BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.        Take the San Ardo Exit.

2.        At stop sign make a left turn towards San Ardo (Cattlemen Rd).

3.        When you get to San Ardo make a left turn on College St.

4.        Library is at your left on the corner of Cattlemen and College Streets.

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.    Take the San Ardo Exit.

2.    At stop sign make a right turn towards San Ardo (Cattlemen Rd).

3.    When you get to San Ardo make a left turn on College St.

4.    Library is at your left on the corner of Cattlemen and College Streets.

DIRECTIONS TO SAN LUCAS BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.    Take the San Lucas Exit (Highway 198).

2.    At stop sign make a left turn towards San Lucas.

3.    Pass Cattlemen Rd and go under the railroad Track Bridge.

4.    Immediately turn left onto Main St.

5.    Library is on your right.

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.    Take the San Lucas Exit (Highway 198).

2.    At stop sign make a right turn towards San Lucas.

3.    Pass Cattlemen Rd and go under the railroad Track Bridge.

4.    Immediately turn left onto Main St.

5.    Library is on your right.

DIRECTIONS TO SEASIDE BRANCH

 

From Highway 1

1.    Take the Canyon Del Rey Blvd Exit.

2.    At stop sign turn left under the bridge.

3.    Follow that road until you find Harcourt Ave.

4.    Turn left onto Harcourt Ave.

5.    Immediately turn right at the first entrance.

6.    Library is beside the Police Dept.

 

From Highway 68 (coming from Salinas)

1.    Take Highway 218 towards Seaside.

2.    Follow that road until you find Harcourt Ave.

3.    Turn right onto Harcourt Ave.

4.    Immediately turn right at the first entrance.

5.    Library is beside the Police Dept.

DIRECTIONS TO SOLEDAD BRANCH

 

From Highway 101 (Southbound)

1.    Take the first Soledad exit. At the stop sign, turn right onto Front St.

2.    Turn left onto West St. Follow that road up to Gabilan Dr.

3.    Pass Gabilan Dr. and make the 1st right at the school / library entrance.

4.  Library is the building on your right.

 

From Highway 101 (Northbound)

1.    Take the first Soledad exit. Go down ramp onto Front St.

2.    Turn right onto West St. Follow that road up to Gabilan Dr.

3.    Pass Gabilan Dr. and make the 1st right at the school / library entrance.

4.    Library is the building on your right.
