  • Carmel Art Association - One of the oldest run artist galleries in the U.S., it promotes the visual arts with exhibitions of paintings and sculptures that change monthly. The Association also reaches out to the local community with free lectures and demonstrations.

  • Carmel Bach Festival  Inspired music-making and the uplifting beauty of Carmel and its environs attracts artists and audiences from across the Monterey Peninsula, the United States, and the world to the Carmel Bach Festival.

  • Carmel Foundation - Assists seniors on the Monterey Peninsula. Our Foundation strives to assist its members in carrying out the everyday functions of living, to promote their physical health and emotional well-being, to bring them companionship in a friendly atmosphere, and to provide them an array of activities and services that will enhance and enrich their lives.

  • Carmel Arts Festival - (CPAF), the largest and most diverse performing arts festival in California, is celebrating its fifth year of providing the best music, dance, theatre and spoken word from the Monterey Peninsula and worldwide.

  • Central Coast Visiting Nurses Association - Providing home care, hospice, extended services, and adult day care.

  • Chispa is Monterey County's largest non-profit affordable housing provider.

  • Coastal Kids Home Care - Coastal Kids Home Care works to improve the quality of life for children facing life's end, those living with prolonged, serious illness, chronic or developmental conditions, or short-term injury, by providing top-notch in-home medical care.

  • Community Emergency Response Volunteers (CERV) - CERV's mission is to promote and maintain greater readiness for emergencies throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

  • Community Foundation for Monterey County - The mission of the Community Foundation for Monterey County is to inspire philanthropy and be a catalyst for strengthening communities throughout Monterey County.

  • Community Human Services - provides quality behavioral healthcare services at the Counseling Centers, Family Service Centers, Genesis House, Off Main Clinic, Rising Eagle Youth Services and Safe Place.

  • Dance Kids of Monterey County - A non-profit group with the objective of brining the art of the dance and theater experience to the youth of Monterey County.

  • Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center, Inc - Provides services and assistance for the hearing-challenged public. Also offers support program and youth club for the hearing impaired and their families.

  • Door to Hope: provides recovery services to women and behavioral health services to children and teens.

  • ECTAR - As an ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Services) group and ARRL (American Radio Relay League) affiliate club, ECTAR is dedicated to providing trained amateur radio communicators to local government agencies, emergency support services, and disaster relief agencies such as the American Red Cross. In the event of a natural or man made disaster and the assistance of ARES is called upon, ECTAR members are prepared to station themselves where needed to provide these necessary emergency communications.

  • Fomukong Health Foundation, Inc. - A non-profit, non-governmental organization involved in humanitarian development and aid in sub Sahara Africa, underdeveloped, and developing countries.

  • Foundation for Monterey County Free Libraries - Provides funding for the 17 Monterey County Libraries, including those located in the most rural sections of our county to operate child literacy programs year-round.

  • Food Bank for Monterey County - A certified Feeding America food bank, is the largest supplier of emergency food in Monterey County distributing 6 million pounds of food annually.

  • Friends of Moss Landing Marine Labs (MLML) - Involves and educates the public in the research and education efforts of the Moss Landing Marine Labs.

  • Friends of the Sea Otter - An organization founded in 1968 to protect and serve the threatened Sea Otter by working with the public and its members to spread awareness.

  • Gateway Center of Monterey County, Inc. - A community based organization which provides a wide range of services, including residential care, developmental training, and activity programs for adults with developmental disabilities.

  • GRID Alternatives - GRID Alternatives' mission is to empower communities in need by providing renewable energy and energy efficiency services, equipment and training. The core program is the Solar Affordable Housing Program, where we train and lead community volunteers and job trainees from all walks of life to install solar electric systems with low-income homeowners.

  • Housing Authority of the County of Monterey has a mission  to provide, administer, and encourage quality affordable housing and related services to eligible residents of Monterey County

  • Josephine Kernes Memorial Pool is a warm water swim & exercise program for disabled children and adults.

  • Keep Monterey County Clean - Dedicated to keeping Monterey County litter free. Report Litter problems easily online, and learn how to help reduce the litter in our area with helpful links. Sponsored by the Monterey Regional Waste Management District.

  • Loaves, Fishes & Computers  - Collects and refurbishes donated computers and provides those computers as complete, working systems to prequalified low-income families, individuals, nonprofit organizations and schools.

  • Lyceum of Monterey County  - The Lyceum’s Mission is to stimulate the individual creativity and intellectual promise in children through enrichment classes that aim to inspire a life-long love of learning.

  • Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula - The agency provides healthy nutrition to homebound adults and active seniors across the Monterey peninsula through its home delivered meals and congregate dining programs. Meals on Wheels owns and operates the Sally Griffin Active Living Center, which offers health and wellness, exercise and enrichment classes and activities to Peninsula residents.

  • Meals on Wheels of the Salinas Valley - Meals on Wheels of the Salinas Valley promotes a better quality of independent living and addresses the unmet needs of people who are homebound, elderly or disabled and who are unable to shop for or prepare their own meals, by delivering affordable nutritious meals to their Salinas Valley homes and providing friendly contact with caring volunteers.

  • Point Lobos Foundation - The Point Lobos Foundation is a partner of Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. Our mission is to advance visitors' enjoyment and understanding of Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, protect its natural environment for future generations and strengthen the Monterey County network of coastal California State Parks.

  • Pride of Monterey County - An organization dedicating to providing support to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community by providing literature, events and activities.

  • Rebuilding Together with Christmas in April - A community based organization dedicated to helping low income or disabled people, especially the elderly, live in warmth, safety and independence through volunteer repair and renovation of owner-occupied homes and non-profit facilities which benefit underserved populations.

  • Redwings Horse Sanctuary - The mission of Redwings Horse Sanctuary is to eliminate the causes of equine suffering through education and community outreach programs, rescue abused and neglected equines and provide permanent sanctuary or selected foster homes for those equines.
