Family Picnic Sites
Toro Park has individual picnic sites free for general public use. Each picnic site contains a table and grill, and is conveniently located near restrooms and lawn activity areas.

Group Picnic Areas
Toro Park has five group picnic areas and can accommodate groups ranging from 50 to 500 people. All are ADA accessible. A barbeque pit, tables, water and electricity are provided. Each area can accommodate a bounce house, however generators are prohibited. Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in the Quail Meadows and Buckeye picnic areas with the appropriate alcohol permit and liability insurance. The Buckeye Group area is also available for weddings.

Fees
The large group areas range from $105 - $155. All rates include the $5.00 reservation fee.

A vehicle entrance fee will also be charged at $6 per vehicle Monday through Friday, and $8 per vehicle on weekends and holidays.
