To access your account online, you will need to
call 1-800-701-8255 (Great West Customer Service) and request a
temporary PIN. NOTE: This phone is answered by a computer. When it
asnwers, please press "0" and continue to press "0" until you are
speaking to a live person. Tell the operator you are with the County
of Monterey and need a temporary PIN. They will put you on hold for
a couple of minutes and return to give you the PIN.
Once you have the temporary PIN, please go to
login. NOTE: The first time you login, your username will be your
Social Security number.
Once you are logged in, on the left-hand side of
the screen you will see a tab labeled "Change Account". Click here.
From this page, you can change the amount you contribute, your
personal information, your beneficiaries, how your money is
