Mrs. Jacqueline R. Onciano commented we donít have enough members to accept the minutes of May 27, 2010 and move the minutes to the next meeting of June 24, 2010.

 

It was moved by Mrs. Janna Faulk, seconded by Mr. Chad Alinio to continue the May 27, 2010 Minutes to June 24, 2010.

PROJECT PLANNER:ANNA QUENGA.ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO LEGAL LOTS OF RECORD CONSISTING OF: 24.6 ACRES (PARCEL 1: ASSESSORíS PARCEL NUMBER 420-221-018-000) AND 9.1 ACRES (PARCEL 2: ASSESSORíS PARCEL NUMBER 420-221-019-000). Committee Comment:Discussion regarding separate parcel lines between Committee and Staff.

 

It was moved by Ms. Janna Faulk, seconded by Mr. Chad Alinio to Approve the Minor Subdivision Categorically Exempt the project from Environmental Review pursuant to section code 15305 CEQA Guidelines and Approve PLN090424 based on the findings and evidence in subject to the conditions of approval in Exhibit C.
