            PROJECT LOCATION:  125 CYPRESS WAY, CARMEL & 124 FERN CANYON ROAD, CARMEL Planning Area:  CARMEL AREA LAND USE PERMIT.  Project Planner:  ANNA QUENGA.  Environmental Status:  EXEMPT.  Project Description:  COMBINED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT CONSISTING OF:  1) A COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO LEGAL LOTS OF RECORD CONSISTING OF ONE .417 ACRE PARCEL (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 241-131-019-000) AND ONE .650 ACRE PARCEL (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 241-131-005-000) RESULTING IN ONE LOT OF .442 ACRES (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 241-131-005-000); 2) A COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR THE REMOVAL OF THREE (3) DESIGN APPROVAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 504 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED Carport (MATERIALS AND COLORS TO MATCH THE EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING).  THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 125 CYPRESS WAY, CARMEL (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 241-131-005-000), CARMEL HIGHLANDS AREA, COASTAL ZONE.
