            Project Planner:  ELISA CAVALIERE.  Environmental Status:  MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED.  PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  MINOR SUBDIVISION TENTATIVE MAP TO ALLOW THE DIVISION OF A 160-ACRE PARCEL INTO FOUR (4) 40-ACRE PARCELS.  THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 68375 JOLON ROAD, LOCKWOOD (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 423-061-065-000), SOUTH COUNTY AREA.  RECOMMENDED ACTION:  APPROVE PROJECT.

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Standard/Minor Subdivision’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
