            Project Planner:  ANNA QUENGA.  Environmental Status:  COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO LEGAL LOTS OF RECORD CONSISTING OF: 24.6 ACRES (PARCEL 1: ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 420-221-018-000) AND 9.1 ACRES (PARCEL 2: ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 420-221-019-000).  THE ADJUSTMENT WOULD BE AN EQUAL EXCHANGE OF 0.43 ACRES BETWEEN THE PARCELS RESULTING IN TWO PARCELS OF: 24.6 ACRES (PARCEL A: ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 420-221-018-000) AND 9.1 ACRES (PARCEL B: ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 420-221-019-000).  THE PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED AT 51406 PARTINGTON RIDGE ROAD, BIG SUR, BIG SUR COASTAL LAND USE PLAN, COASTAL ZONE.  RECOMMENDED ACTION:  APPROVE PROJECT.

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Minor/Standard Subdivision’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
