            Project Planner:  DAN LISTER.  Environmental Status:  EXEMPT – CEQA GUIDELINES SECTION 15305 (a).  PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO LEGAL LOTS OF RECORD:  LOT (1) 1.06 ACRES (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER:  129-271-023-000).  AND LOT (2) 99.25 ACRES (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER:  129-112-007-000).  THE ADJUSTMENT WILL RESULT IN TWO PARCELS OF 1.14 ACRES (LOT 1) AND 98.45 ACRES (LOT 2).  THE PROJECT IS LOCATED AT 231 TUCKER ROAD IN ROYAL OAKS, NORTH COUNTY COASTAL AREA.  RECOMMENDED ACTION:  APPROVE PROJECT.

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Minor/Standard Subdivision’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
