            Project Planner:  Ramon Montano.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  CONTINUED FROM  Lot Line adjustment between two legal lots of record of approximately 4.6 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 103‑061‑015‑000 Certificate of Compliance No. 079692 Northerly Parcel) and 4.3 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 103‑061‑015‑000 Certificate of Compliance No. 079684 Southerly Parcel), resulting in two newly reconfigured lots of 4.6 acres (Westerly Parcel to be identified as Parcel A) and 4.3 acres (Easterly Parcel to be identified as Parcel B) respectively.  The project is located at 570 and 570‑a, Aguajito Road (Assessor's Parcel Number 103‑061‑015‑000), Greater Monterey Peninsula Area, non‑Coastal Zone.  Recommended Action:  Continue project to date uncertain


2.         9:00AM - Torres Aurino - PLN090127

            Project Planner:  Liz Gonzales.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Lot Line Adjustment and a Coastal Development for a Lot Line Adjustment of historical Parcels A, B, C (19,950 square feet (50 x 339); historical Parcel Mead Street (4,356 square feet (66' x 66')); historical Parcel A‑1 (427,759 square feet) and historical Slough Parcel (133,729 square feet) to be reconfigured as Lot 1 (17,129 square feet), Lot 2 (14,924 square feet), Lot 3 (13,794 square feet) and Lot 4 (521,406 square feet).  Portions of Lots 1, 2 and 3 will be located in the Coastal Zone with all of Lot 4 located in the Coastal Zone.  No development is proposed with this Lot Line Adjustment.  The historic Parcels are non‑conforming parcels.  The Lot Line Adjustment will make those parcels conform to the Castroville Community Plan.  The property is located at 12745 Via Linda, Castroville (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 030‑011‑004‑000 and 030‑011‑005‑000), North County, Inland area and Coastal Zone.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project






The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Planning Commission’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
