            Project Planner:  Ramon Montano.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  CONTINUED FROM  Lot Line adjustment between two legal lots of record of approximately 4.6 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 103‑061‑015‑000 Certificate of Compliance No. 079692 Northerly Parcel) and 4.3 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 103‑061‑015‑000 Certificate of Compliance No. 079684 Southerly Parcel), resulting in two newly reconfigured lots of 4.6 acres (Westerly Parcel to be identified as Parcel A) and 4.3 acres (Easterly Parcel to be identified as Parcel B) respectively.  The project is located at 570 and 570‑a, Aguajito Road (Assessor's Parcel Number 103‑061‑015‑000), Greater Monterey Peninsula Area, non‑Coastal Zone.  Recommended Action:  Continue project to December 8, 2011

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Planning Commission’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
