1.         9:00AM Pebble Beach Homes LLC – PLN110274

            Project Planner:  Maria Lopez.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Coastal Development Permit to allow a Lot Line Adjustment between two legal lots of record of:  approximately 1.35 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 008-381-017-000) and 0.99 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 008-381-018-000).  The lot line adjustment would result in two lots of approximately 1.24 acres (Lot 1) and 1.1 acres (Parcel 2).  The properties are located at 3414 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Del Monte Forest Land Use Plan, Coastal Zone.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project.






The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Subdivision Committee’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
