            Project Planner:  Steve Mason.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Coastal Development Permit to allow a Lot Line Adjustment between three legal lots of record of approximately 2.14 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 181‑061‑005‑000), 1.89 acres (Assessor's Parcel Number 181‑061‑040‑000) and 30.8 acres (Assessor’s Parcel Number 181‑061‑039‑000) resulting in two lots of 17.415  acres each (Parcel A) and (Parcel B).  The properties are located at 971 and 975 San Miguel Canyon Road, Royal Oaks (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 181‑061‑005‑000, 181‑061‑039‑000, and 181‑061‑040‑000), North County Land Use Plan, Coastal Zone.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Planning Commission’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
