            Project Planner:  Luis Osorio.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Minor Subdivision for the re‑subdivision of 37 legal lots of record ranging in size from approximately 28.9 to 1,425.9 acres a portion of which is within Agricultural Preserve Nos. 68‑107, 69‑009 and 72‑044 and Land Conservation Contract Nos. 68‑107, 69‑009 and 72‑044. The re‑subdivision would result in 37 parcels ranging in size from approximately 40.4 to 1,097 acres.  (Assessor's Parcel Numbers APN 231‑052‑001, 231‑052‑003‑000, 231‑052‑004‑000, 231‑052‑005‑000, 231‑052‑006‑000, 231‑052‑007‑000, 231‑052‑008‑000, 231‑052‑009‑000, 231‑052‑010‑000, and 231‑052‑011‑000; 235‑081‑067‑000; 235‑101‑016‑000, 235‑101‑020‑000, 235‑101‑021‑000, 235‑101‑022‑000, 235‑101‑023‑000, 235‑101‑024‑000, 235‑101‑025‑000, 235‑101‑027‑000, 235‑101‑028‑000, and 235‑101‑038‑000; 235‑161‑006‑000 and 235‑161‑007‑000; 420‑081‑013‑000, 420‑081‑021‑000, and 420‑081‑024‑000; 420‑281‑003‑000; and 421‑111‑069‑000). The parcels are generally bounded by the Salinas River to the east, and are located generally east of Jolon Road, north of San Lucas Road and westerly of Highway 101, King City area, Central Salinas Valley Area Plan.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project








The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Subdivision Committee’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
