            Project Planner:  John Ford.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Minor Subdivision Tentative Map to allow subdivision of twenty existing parcels, totaling approximately 4,607 acres, into twenty parcels. Most of the existing parcels are under Williamson Act contracts including Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 422-121-037-000 (188 acres); 422-121-039-000 (134 acres); 422-121-051-000 (201 acres); 422-231-001-000 (216 acres); 422-231-004-000 (282 acres), 422-231-005-000 (215 acres), 422-231-011-000 (694 acres), 422-231-012-000 (415 acres), 423-061-016-000 (483 acres), 423-061-018-000 (192 acres), 423-061-020-000 315 acres), 423-081-001-000 (45 acres), 423-081-008-000 (103 acres), 423-081-029-000 (88 acres), 423-081-030-000 (40 acres), 423-081-031-000 (235 acres), and 423-091-001-000 (80 acres). The following 3 parcels are not in Williamson Act Contracts: 423-061-017-000 (429 acres), 423-061-019-000 (198 acres), and 423-081-027-000 (54 acres). The Subdivision will not decrease acreage under Williamson Act contract; but the new subdivision configuration will require an amendment to the Williamson Act contracts. The properties are located approximately 28 miles south of King City, east and west of Highway 101, accessed by County Road G19, South County area.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Standard/Minor Subdivision Committee’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
