Project Description: Five‑year extension of a previously
approved Combined Development Permit (PLN100424) consisting of: 1) Use Permit
for Accessory Structures and uses prior to establishment of main use or
structure; 2) Administrative Permit for the construction of a two‑story
9,304 square foot single family main residence with an attached 943 square foot
garage, and a 3,265 square foot single‑story second residential unit with
a 1,647 square foot garage and storage area, in a Site Plan Review District,
and 3) Use Permit for development on slopes in excess of 25%; and a 4) Design
Approval. Grading is approximately
