Environmental Status: Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) Completed.
Project Description: Combined Development Permit consisting of: (1) Standard Subdivision (Vesting Tentative Map) to divide 344 acres into 17 parcels with a 180-acre remainder parcel and grading of approximately 2,000 cubic yards; (2) a Use Permit for the removal of 79 Coast Live Oak trees; (3) a Use Permit for development on slopes greater than 30%; (4) grading for net cut and fill of approximately 2,000 cubic yards; and (5) a Use Permit requested for the expansion of a public water system.
