An Initial Study and proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration were prepared and circulated for public review from June 27, 2006 to July 27, 2006. A revised Initial Study and Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration have been prepared and circulated for public review from December 8, 2008 to January 6, 2009. The revised Initial Study addresses comments received on the original Initial Study and addresses the widening of York Road between Highway 68 and the York Rd./Blue Larkspur Ln./Wilson Rd. intersection which was not a part of the original project.

The proposed project generally includes a subdivision of six existing lots of record in the Laguna Seca Office Park for development of 104 residential condominium units, including 22 Inclusionary Housing units; the widening of York Road as described above; and the removal of the “B-6” Overlay Zoning District from the existing lots (This District currently restricts the subject lots to their current size). The residential units are proposed to substitute for office development allowed in the Office Park; and are being considered under provisions of the “Visitor Serving/Professional Office” zoning district which allow some residential development under this zoning classification.
