Project Description:	The proposed project is a master plan to expand the physical facilities and the programs offered by Rancho Cielo, an existing special programs facility for youth. Permits from Monterey County would include a master use permit, grading permits and building permits. Improvements would be constructed in phases, as funding becomes available, over a period of approximately 20 years. The proposed project would add approximately 95,070 square feet of buildings to the existing 25,505 square feet of buildings (total 120,875 square feet) and re-configure the circulation for a net increase of about 176,000 square feet of roads and parking. Program enrollment would increase to about 155 youth, including some who would be resident at the site.
