The POSTPONE Program came into effect in 1996 with funding from the California Department
of Health Services, Office of Family Planning Community Challenge Grant Program as part of a
statewide effort to promote community-based partnerships to reduce teen
pregnancy.
The Program is currently funded through the end of June 2005.
