Five Steps to Prevent Diabetes is a 5-week program offered by the Natividad Medical Foundation designed to prevent or delay the onset of diabetes among at-risk adults (adults with or without pre-diabetes diagnosis) by providing education on improving healthy lifestyle behaviors.Learn about healthy eating, meal planning and shopping on a budget, physical activity, diabetes prevention and portion sizes!
