Workshop: Big Little Lies of Stress

Much has been said about the harmful effects of stress.  However, sometimes stress can be a positive. It can motivate us to get that report done be 5 o'clock, or apply for a promotion. It's the thrill of a rollercoaster and the excitement of a first date. Int this workshop we will dispel some of the myths surrounding stress, plus share ideas to help you become more resilient to stress.
