The Salinas and Monterey branches operate on a Monday to Friday schedule. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The clinic in Salinas is open on Wednesday nights by appointment only until 7:00 pm. The King City site is staffed once a week by two clinicians and a doctor on Thursdays. Those hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
A 24-hour crisis team is located at Natividad Medical Center. Assessment for acute care, including in patient psychiatric services, is available at the Emergency Room.
Services at all sites are delivered by staff who are licensed behavioral health professionals. Consumers of the system are also employed by the department and also deliver services.
The staff is both multi-lingual and multi-cultural. Other languages include Spanish, Polish, American Sign, Tagalog, and Portuguese.
The clinic accepts clients who are Medi-Cal eligible.
The program has contract providers whose services encompass housing, employment, education, and dual diagnosis treatment.
