myAvatar requires Java 8 update 221, Cache and myAvatar MSI be installed on your workstation. Your workstations will all need to be running Windows 10. myAvatar is a web-based application and can require lots of memory. We recommend that each workstation have at least 4 GB of available RAM memory.
Please turn OFF Automatic Java Updates as your users will not be able to connect to myAvatar if their installed Java version is not supported. It is important to keep only one version of Java on each workstation.
