Learn the tools to adjust how your thoughts, physical reactions, moods and behaviors interact with your environment and how each of those can be adjusted to help you feel better. Learn how depression, often seen as anxiety or anger, can be overcome.
The series of four week closed sessions are divided into four areas of focus: health; thoughts; people; and, activity. It will be limited to no more than eight members per focus group.
New members (pre-screened) may join at the beginning of each new focus group.
