The Monterey County Core Metrics were developed by Monterey County Health Department and the Impact Monterey County Network. They measure precursors and major indicators of community health and well-being.
Highlighting Core Metrics builds awareness of important work being done to improve community health and allows long term tracking of these efforts to change the underlying conditions that affect health in Monterey County.
