18th Annual SOUTH County Environmental Compliance Workshop
South County Workshop - April 25th, 2018
The Hazardous Materials Management Service sponsors two education and outreach workshops each year. In the fall, we host a North County Environmental Compliance Workshop tailored to address the needs of hazardous materials handling and hazardous waste generating businesses throughout Monterey County. In the spring, our second workshop in the South County, expands that knowledge base to include issues specific to the agricultural industry. This year’s South County Workshop was held April 25th.
From Ground Water Quality to Air Quality
Over 100 attendees participated in this spring’s workshop. In addition to the fantastic audience, the Hazardous Materials Management Service would like to thank all the speakers that helped make the event such valuable resource for the regulated community. Topics ranged from ground water quality to air quality and all the contributing factors in between. It also included many safety and technology topics. All PowerPoint presentations and speaker contact information can be accessed below.
