The Monterey County Revenue Division will be participating in the 2015 Amnesty program from October 1, 2015 through March 31, 2017.
The Monterey County Revenue Division will accept applications submitted by mail, or placed in the Revenue drop box in the lobby of the Government Center only.

Eligibilty Requirements:There are two groups of people who can participate in the amnesty program:
• Each case will be reviewed individually. Not all cases will be qualified for Amnesty reduction.
Any persons eligible to have a driver's license, (including undocumented individuals who are eligible for a driver's license under AB 60) are entitled to participate in the traffic amnesty program if they meet the eligibility requirements.
